Our story

From “I wish I could study this” to “let’s go.”

FashTraq started with a simple idea: fashion education shouldn’t be limited to a classroom—or a single city. We build trips that connect what you’re learning to what you can see, touch, and experience—from ateliers and archives to street markets and neighborhood style.

What makes FashTraq different

We blend fashion culture, hands-on learning, and student-first travel. Every itinerary is curated to balance iconic fashion moments with the local context that shapes them—so you come home with more than photos: you come back with perspective, skills, and a stronger point of view.

How we design each trip

We start with a fashion question—What defines this city’s style?—then build a route that answers it through people, places, and practice.

Expect a mix of guided experiences and flexible time: studio visits and workshops when available, museums and markets, neighborhood walks, and curated recommendations you can use long after the trip ends.

Meet the team

We’re a small, travel-obsessed crew of fashion educators, itinerary nerds, and community builders. We partner with local creatives to keep every experience grounded in real culture—not just highlights.

Our mission

Turn global fashion into real-world learning.

We connect students with the people behind fashion—so you can learn how style is made, moved, and lived across cultures, then travel to experience it firsthand.

Why fashion travel for students?

Because fashion is a global language.

Classroom theory clicks faster when you see it in context—studios, markets, neighborhoods, museums, and the communities shaping style.

Learn from real voices

Stories and videos are shared by makers, manufacturers, designers, and fashion industry professionals worldwide—so students learn directly from the source.

Connect culture to craft

Understand how local history, identity, and materials shape what people wear—and why.

Build your portfolio + perspective

Capture insights, references, and experiences that strengthen projects, internships, and career direction.

Travel with purpose

Every itinerary is curated around learning outcomes, not just sightseeing.

What makes us different

Trips built from stories—then brought to life.

We don’t start with a generic itinerary. We start with people and places worth learning from—then design a student-friendly trip around them.

Curated fashion trips

Fashion-forward destinations with a balance of education, culture, and style—tailored to university students.

Workshops & studio visits

Hands-on sessions and behind-the-scenes visits with designers, artisans, and institutions when available.

City style guides

Neighborhoods, markets, museums, and shopping spots—so you understand each city’s fashion identity.

A global story library

Watch and read stories from fashion voices around the world—then travel to meet the places and people that inspired you.
